Who I am

This site is run by Ezra Slabaugh, a builder of pole barns, post-frame buildings, shops, garages, barndominiums and horse barns in Larimer, Weld and Adams counties, Colorado.

What I collect

When you use the chat on this site, I collect what you enter: your name, mobile phone number and your message about your project. Like most websites, the site also records basic technical data such as your browser and the pages you visit.

How I use it

I use your information only to answer your question, prepare your quote and follow up on your project. I do not sell your personal information.

Text messages

If you send a message through the chat on this site, where the consent notice is shown right above the Send button, you agree to receive text messages from Ezra Slabaugh about your question or quote request: replies, scheduling and follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.

Sharing

Information is shared only with the service providers that run this site, the chat and my phone system, or when the law requires it. The text messaging exclusion above always applies.
